Fijian Gas Turbine Exports See Steep Decline In 2018, Fiji's gas turbine exports plummeted to approximately $1,500, a sharp decrease from $54,000 in 2017. This marks a dramatic 97.2% drop from the previous year. The country's supply of gas turbines has been on a downward trajectory, falling by 78.6% annually since 2010. Imports of Gas Turbines Also Decline Fiji's gas turbine imports also saw a significant decline in 2018, totaling around $433,000, down from $1.9 million in 2017. This represents a 76.8% decrease compared to the previous year. The island nation has experienced a steady reduction in demand, with imports dropping by 55.1% annually since 2007.
