Algeria's propane exports are set to reach 4.27 billion kilograms by 2026, growing at a 0.1% year-on-year CAGR. This is down 0.5% from 1997 levels. Canada overtook Algeria in 2021, with 4.19 billion kilograms, making it number two in the ranking. Algeria, Russia and Canada were numbers three, four and two respectively. Meanwhile, Algeria's propane imports totalled 146 kilograms in 2015, up from 12 kilograms in 2014. The country came in at number 114 in the rankings, with Brunei ahead at 146 kilograms. The United States, Japan and Mexico were number two, three and four respectively.
