Slovene propane exports are projected to increase by more than 185,000 kilograms by 2026. This growth is estimated to average 2.5% annually between 2021 and 2026, compared with a 14.7% year-on-year growth rate since 1999. Slovenia was ranked 49th in 2021, with exports of 2.5 million kilograms. Croatia led the way, followed by Canada, Algeria and Russia. In contrast, Slovene propane demand has declined by 3.6% year-on-year since 1999. In 2018, Slovenia was ranked 51st, with imports of 35.5 million kilograms, behind Moldova. The United States, Japan and Mexico were the top three importers.
