Norwegian exports of compressors are forecast to drop 10.4% in 2021 from 2020, according to the latest figures. This is a decrease of 13.4% since 1998. In 2021, the Dominican Republic was the top country for compressor exports, with 191,240 kilograms. Thailand, South Korea and Slovakia were the next three biggest exporters. On the imports side, Norway is expected to receive 608,260 kilograms of compressors in 2021, a 1.8% year-on-year decrease. This is actually an increase of 4.7% since 1998.
