Indonesia's compressor imports are set to reach 50 million kilograms by 2026, according to figures from 2021. The imports have grown at an average rate of 0.9% per year since 1994. Meanwhile, the country's exports of compressors have decreased steadily since 2017, falling 32.2% year-on-year in 2018 to 538,150 kilograms. Over the past 26 years, exports have declined by 7.6% annually. Indonesia is now ranked 32nd in the world for compressor exports, behind Lithuania. Thailand, South Korea and Slovakia make up the top four.
