German Naphtha exports are projected to dip by 3.5% year on year, to 15,220 terajoules by 2026. This follows a 1% decrease since 1995. In 2021, Germany ranked 10th in naphtha exports, just behind Bulgaria (18,460 terajoules). France, Belgium and Norway were the next three largest exporters. German naphtha imports fell by 50.5% in October 2021, to 390 thousand metric tons, compared to the 767 thousand metric tons seen in September 2021. Since 2014, German demand has been declining by 10.3% year on year.
