Dane Vanadium Import dropped dramatically in 2019, with close to 27 kilograms imported compared to 38.33 kilograms the year before – a decrease of 29 percent. Since 1996, however, demand has risen by almost 50 percent year-on-year. In 2019, Dane ranked 45th in the world for vanadium imports. Portugal was the top importer, with 27 kilograms. South Korea, the US and India followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
