Singaporeans' demand for coffee has skyrocketed over the past 25 years. Between 1994 and 2018, it increased by 114 percent year on year. At the same time, the country's supply of coffee has grown exponentially. It has increased by 251.2 percent over the same period. Despite this, Singapore ranks 44th in the world for coffee production, with just over 528,000 kilograms produced in 2018. Poland, Colombia and Russia are the top three producers, respectively.
