Korean food production is expected to reach $37.8 billion by 2026, according to figures released today. This is a slight decrease of 0.1% on the 2021 figure of $37.9 billion. Since 1966, the annual rate of production in Korea has fallen by 0.2%. In 2021, the country was ranked 19th, with Italy overtaking it at $37.9 billion. India, the United States and Brazil took the top three spots in the rankings.
