Barbadian egg consumption is expected to remain stable, reaching 2,000 metric tons by 2026. That figure has been unchanged since 2017, but Barbados has fallen to 134th in the rankings, since Cape Verde overtook them this year with the same amount of egg consumption. The US, India and Japan took the top three spots in the rankings.
