Czech environmental protection expenditure is set to reach €6.4 billion by 2026, growing at an average rate of 1.3% year-on-year. Since 2017, Czech demand has increased by 0.8% annually. In 2021, Denmark overtook the Czech Republic to take 13th place, with expenditure of €5.9 billion. France, the United Kingdom and Italy took second, third and fourth place in the rankings respectively.
