Icelander demand for polyvinyl acetate is set to drop by 3% over the next five years. In 2021, the country imported 17,100 kilograms – down from 20,180 kilograms the previous year. Since 1993, demand has increased by an average of 1.1% year-on-year. In 2021, Iceland ranked 114th globally in terms of imports, overtaken by Zambia, which imported 20,180 kilograms. Italy, the United States and France came in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the ranking.
