Morocco's imports of tungsten are set to soar over the next five years, reaching $551,000 by 2026. In 2021, the country came in at 55th place with $433,130, overtaken by Estonia. Germany, Japan and Austria followed in positions 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Meanwhile, Moroccan exports of tungsten are also on the rise, expected to reach $11.4 million by 2026. Last year, Morocco was at 16th place with $8.7 million, overtaken by the Netherlands. Germany, the United States and Japan followed in positions 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Since 1998, the demand for tungsten in Morocco has increased by almost 50%, while supply has grown by a mere 0.3% since 2000.
