Zambia imported a mere 590.55 kilograms of granite in 2018 - a decrease of 94 percent from the 9,990 kilograms imported in 2017. Since 2000, demand for granite in the country has increased by around 43 percent year-on-year. In 2018, Zambia was ranked 97th in terms of granite imports, with Angola leading the way at 590.55 kilograms. The United Kingdom, Russia and Denmark followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
