This is in comparison to 2021 figures, where South Africa ranked 28th with 4.5 million kilograms, overtaken by Sweden. The UK, Russia and Denmark came in second, third and fourth respectively. South African granite exports are anticipated to decrease by 1.7% year on year, reaching 198.3 million kilograms by 2026. This is down from the 2021 figure of 216.7 million kilograms. Since 2005, South African supply has decreased by 1.4% year on year.
