Macedonia's granite exports are set to reach 150,000 kilograms in 2026, a 2.2% year-on-year growth from 2021. The country has seen a 2.7% year-on-year rise in supply since 1999. Meanwhile, imports of granite into Macedonia grew from 21,000 kilograms in 2018 to 77,000 kilograms in 2019, a 265% increase from the year prior. Demand in the country has decreased by 16% since 1999. Macedonia was ranked 71st in 2019, with Mongolia ahead at 77,000 kilograms. The UK, Russia and Denmark placed second, third and fourth, respectively.
