In 2018, Bahraini imports of granite rose 17.2% compared to the previous year, with 31,000 kilograms coming into the country. This brings the total amount of granite imported since 2005 to 3.3% higher than the year before. Bolivia overtook Bahrain in the granite imports ranking, with 31,000 kilograms. The United Kingdom, Russia and Denmark followed in second, third and fourth places respectively.
