Kuwait is set to become a major importer of granite by 2026. In 2021, the country imported 341,400 kilograms of granite, up 77.6% since 2011. It ranked 53rd among exporters. Slovenia was the largest importer, with the UK, Russia and Denmark coming in second, third and fourth respectively. By 2026, imports of granite to Kuwait are expected to reach 451,610 kilograms, a 4.5% year-on-year growth.
