Omani granite imports are projected to decrease by 7.5% year on year on average to 185,350 kilograms by 2026. This is a decrease from the 2021 total of 285,670 kilograms, where Oman was ranked 55th in the world. Since 2005, the country's demand for granite has grown rapidly, increasing by 189% year on year. It was overtaken in 2021 by Namibia. The United Kingdom, Russia and Denmark were the top three importers. However, since 2009, supply has decreased by 79.8% year on year.
