Finland's gypsum imports are expected to reach 173 million kilograms by 2026, down 1.1% year on year. Since 1993, Finnish demand has declined by 0.6% annually. In 2018, Finland's gypsum exports skyrocketed to 19.98 million kilograms, up an impressive 86,770% from just 23 kilograms the year before. This placed the country at number 69 in the world rankings, overtaken by Estonia which reported 19.98 million kilograms of exports. Thailand, Spain and Iran followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
