Vinegar sales in Estonia fell by almost 40% in 2021 compared to 2020, down to around 30,000 liters. This marks a 20.5% decrease since 2005. Sweden was the top seller in 2021 with almost 30,000 liters. France, Italy and Spain followed in order. Vinegar imports to Estonia are expected to grow 0.6% year-on-year by 2026, reaching around 305,000 kilograms. Since 2005, though, demand has decreased by 0.7%. Mongolia is the top importer in 2021 at 293,000 kilograms. Italy, Germany and France followed close behind. Estonian vinegar exports are projected to rise 2.5% year-on-year by 2026, reaching around 108,000 kilograms. This marks a 40.6% increase since 2005. Ukraine came in first in 2021 with 92,000 kilograms. Italy, Germany and Greece followed in order.
