Indonesia's cement exports are expected to reach nearly $274 million by 2026, up 3.3% from 2021's $222 million. This marks a substantial increase from the 22% year-on-year growth since 1994. In 2021, Indonesia was the 11th largest exporter, overtaken by Greece with $222 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates were the second, third and fourth largest exporters, respectively. Indonesia's cement imports dropped 25.9% in 2018 from 2017's figure of $4.8 million to $3.5 million. Since 1994, the demand for imported cement has declined 57.5% year-on-year.
