Lebanon cement imports totaled $68 million in 2018, a 37 percent drop from 2017's figure of $108 million. This is a 53 percent decrease since 2002. Cement exports from Lebanon in 2018 totaled $4.05 million, a 19 percent increase from 2017's figure of $3.4 million. Despite this, Lebanese supply has decreased by 25 percent since 2002. Cyprus overtook Lebanon in 2018 with $4.05 million, while Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
