Global capacitor exports are forecast to decline 1% year-on-year to 31.25 million kilograms in 2026, down from 33.19 million kilograms in 2021. This follows a 0.7% annual increase since 2016. In 2021, China led the world in capacitor exports, with 8.11 million kilograms. The United States, Italy and Germany ranked second, third and fourth in the same year. Oman experienced the highest year-on-year growth in exports since 2016, with a 115.2% increase. Uruguay, meanwhile, experienced the largest decline, with an 83% decrease over the same period.
