Over the past decade, the trend shows a drop from 27.62 units in 2013 to the lower 20s range in subsequent years. Although there was a sharp decline in 2016 and 2017, a modest recovery was observed afterward. For the last two years (2022-2023), year-on-year variations demonstrate a marginal increase. The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over the last five years indicates a minimal average variation of 0.04% per year. The five-year growth rate forecast is anticipated to be only 0.2% by 2028.
