However, a significant 18.29% increase occurred again in 2019. Averaging out, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over the last five years stands at 8.56%.
Looking ahead to the forecasted period from 2024 to 2028, the projected renewable energy supply will continue its upward trend, albeit with a moderating CAGR of 3.67%. Year-on-year growth from 2023 to 2028 is forecasted to be outpaced by the historical growth rates.
Trends to watch for in the future include government policies influencing sustain renewable energy, technological advancements that improve energy efficiency, and international agreements centering on sustainable energy practices which could further enhance growth in this sector in Poland.
