However, from 2020 onwards, a downward trend began, with values diminishing steadily, culminating in a 1.97% decrease from 2022 to 2023, positioning 2023 consumption at 5.83 Thousand Gigawatthours.
Notably, the five-year compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2019 to 2023 was -1.82%, indicating a decline. Forecasts from 2024 to 2028 predict a continued reduction in household LPG consumption with an average annual decline of 1.03%, leading to a cumulative decrease of approximately 5.06% by 2028.
