Meanwhile, 2015 experienced a slight decline of 2.19%.
The last two years, 2022 and 2023, exhibited moderate growth of 2.28% and 3.55% year-on-year. As of 2023, there were 1,020 CT scanners in Mexico.
Looking forward from 2024 to 2028, the number of CT scanners is forecasted to continue growing, albeit at a slower pace. The projected average annual growth rate for this five-year period is 2.44%, resulting in 1,190 units by 2028. Key factors to watch include technological advancements in imaging, increased healthcare spending, and efforts to expand medical infrastructure, which could influence future growth trajectories.
