Guatemala's insecticide import and export are set to increase over the next five years. Since 1998, Guatemalan demand has grown by an average of 2.9% each year. Exports are also predicted to rise, from 6.7 million kilograms in 2021 to 7.4 million kilograms by 2026, also growing at a rate of 1.5% each year. Since 1998, Guatemalan supply has increased by an average of 2.4% each year. In 2021, the country came in at number 19, behind Poland's 6.7 million kilograms. India, the United States and Indonesia ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
