Burmese demand for Pulp is set to grow 3.3% year on year, reaching nearly 4,000 metric tons by 2026. Since 2002, the country has increased their demand by 20.5%. In 2021, they ranked 96th in the world, with Djibouti coming in at number 95 with 2,920 metric tons. The United States, Germany and Italy ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively. The supply of Burmese Pulp has remained steady since 2019, with 8 metric tons export in 2020. Since 1997, however, the supply has dropped by 66.1%. In 2020, Burmese was ranked 119th in the world, with Uganda overtaking them at 8 metric tons. Canada, the United States and Chile ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
