Swiss rail companies are set to increase the number of units to around 67 by 2026. This is a 0.5% increase year-on-year from 2021's 64.6 units. Since 2004, the Swiss supply has grown by 0.2% year-on-year. In 2021, Switzerland was ranked fourth in the world, behind France with 64.6 units. Hungary, France and Switzerland were the second, third and fourth most top countries in this ranking respectively.
