Iceland saw a 15% increase in concrete sales in 2018, reaching a total of nearly €88 million, up from €75 million in 2017. The country placed 27th in the world ranking, with Malta ahead on €87.7 million. The United Kingdom, France and Poland followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Iceland also saw a 15% rise in concrete production in 2018, amounting to €86.5 million, compared to €74.5 million the year before. Greece was the top producer with €86.5 million, while the UK, France and Poland placed second, third and fourth respectively.
