Export of leather clothes from Serbia decreased 5.7% in 2021, down to 2,420 kilograms from 2,560 kilograms in 2020. This marks a 14.3% decrease from 2010 levels. Meanwhile, import of leather clothes to Serbia dropped 6.9% to 13,460 kilograms in 2026 from 20,290 kilograms in 2021. Since 2010, demand has decreased 7.3% year on year. In 2019, sales of leather clothes in Serbia totaled €2.1 million, compared to €5.4 million in 2018. Serbia placed 14th in the rankings, with Hungary ahead at €2.1 million. France, Germany and Poland held the second, third and fourth spots in the rankings, respectively.
