Sales of leather goods in Slovakia are set to reach €615 million by 2026, up 0.5% year on year. This follows an annual decrease of 1.2% since 2011. The country ranked 11th in 2021, with Switzerland coming in first at €579.5 million. France, Spain and Germany ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Slovak leather goods exports are projected to hit $6 million in 2026, down 1.7% year on year. This follows a 2% yearly increase since 1999. Slovak leather goods imports are set to reach $17.9 million by 2026, falling by 0.4% year on year. This follows a rise of 1.4% since 1999. The country ranked 38th in 2021, with Saudi Arabia coming in first at $18.3 million. Germany, France and Italy ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
