Nigerien milk powder imports are projected to reach 7.1 million kilograms by 2026, increasing 3.3% year on year on average. This is higher than the 5.8 million kilograms imported in 2021. Since 2000, the demand for Nigerien milk powder has risen 3.7% year on year. The country ranked 46th in 2021, with Slovakia coming in ahead at 5.8 million kilograms. The Philippines, Indonesia and Algeria were the second, third and fourth biggest importers respectively.
