Hungary's milk powder exports dropped by more than 50% in 2021, from 124,470 to 61,540 kilograms. Since 1997, the country's supply has increased by 4.9% year-on-year. Paraguay overtook Hungary to take the 80th spot, while Germany, New Zealand and France took the top three rankings. Meanwhile, Hungary's milk powder imports are expected to decline by 1.9% year-on-year, from 3,212,200 to 2,864,200 kilograms over the next five years. Since 1997, the country's demand has decreased by 2.6% year-on-year. El Salvador ranked ahead of Hungary in 2021, while the Philippines, Indonesia and Algeria took the top three rankings.
