Azerbaijani milk powder imports are set to reach 2.6 million kilograms by 2026, a 2.3% year-on-year average increase. Since 2001, Azerbaijani demand has jumped 11.8% year-on-year. In 2021, the country was ranked 74th, behind Guatemala’s 2.2 million kilograms. The Philippines, Indonesia and Algeria held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots respectively. Azerbaijani milk powder exports reached 300,000 kilograms in 2019, up from 50,160 kilograms in 2018 – a jump of 498.1%. The country ranked 61st, behind the Philippines’ 300,000 kilograms. Germany, New Zealand and France were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
