Ukrainian antibiotics imports are projected to rise to approximately $37.8 million by 2028, up from around $35.5 million in 2023. This represents an average annual growth rate of 0.9%. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the demand for antibiotics in Ukraine has increased by an average of 1.2% each year. In stark contrast, Ukrainian antibiotics exports have plummeted. The export value is expected to reach just $68,780 in 2023, a significant decline from $448,090 in 2022. This marks an 84.7% decrease compared to the previous year. Since 2001, the supply of antibiotics from Ukraine has diminished at an average annual rate of 48.4%.
