Since 2006, Kazakhstani demand increased by 5.2% year on year. In 2018 the country was ranked number 15 in the global import ranking. India, China, and Turkey were the three countries ahead of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is set to see a modest 1.7% year on year growth in its exports of microwave ovens until 2026. In 2021, the country ranked 43rd in the world for exports, with 2,810 units. New Zealand was ahead with the same number of units. Malaysia, Thailand and Belarus came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Meanwhile, imports of microwave ovens to Kazakhstan have grown 4.7% from 2017 to 2018, reaching 179,150 units. This marks a 5.2% increase since 2006. In 2018, Kazakhstan ranked 15th in the world for imports, with India, China, and Turkey being the countries ahead of it.
