Swiss imports of microwave ovens are projected to drop slightly in the coming years, decreasing by 0.7% year on year. Since 2005, the demand has decreased by 5.1%. Exports of microwave ovens from Switzerland, however, are estimated to grow slightly, at an average rate of 0.2% year on year. Since 2005, exports have increased by 17.4%. In 2021, Luxembourg imported the most, at 4,640 units. Malaysia, Thailand, and Belarus followed at numbers 2, 3, and 4 respectively.
