The demand for Romanian microwave ovens is set to reach 501,910 units by 2026, an increase of 1.8% year-on-year. This follows a 2.1% year-on-year growth since 2009. Exports of microwave ovens are also set to increase, reaching 33,080 units by 2026, with a 1.4% year-on-year growth. This follows a 5.6% year-on-year decrease since 2009. Romania came in 26th place in 2021, with Latvia overtaking with 30,610 units. Malaysia, Thailand and Belarus respectively came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in the ranking.
