Lebanese microwave oven exports are forecast to drop by 2.4% a year on average between 2021 and 2026, reaching 511 units by the end of the period. Since 2005, the country’s supply of the product has decreased by 9.2% each year on average. In 2021, the Dominican Republic led the world in exports of microwave ovens, with 588.53 units. Malaysia, Thailand and Belarus ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Meanwhile, imports of microwave ovens to Lebanon declined 23.4% between 2017 and 2018, from 62,630 units to 48,000 units.
