In 2018, Bulgarian pesticide imports were up 233.8% year-on-year, reaching 0.27 metric tons, compared to 0.08 metric tons in 2017. This is a decrease of 14.9% since 2001. Bulgaria was ranked 50th with 0.27 metric tons, behind Australia. Thailand, Germany and Taiwan ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
