Latvia's condiment imports are also set to grow, reaching $36 million by 2026 from $31 million in 2021. Demand has risen by 2.4% annually since 1999. In 2021, Latvia ranked 60th, with Brazil coming in first with imports of $31 million. The UK, Canada and France placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
