Ivorian demand for capacitors is set to increase in the coming years. By 2026, it's projected to reach 35,320 kilograms, a 3.3% average yearly growth rate since 2021. Since 2000, demand has grown an impressive 23.4% year on year. Ivorian capacitor exports have seen a sharp decline however, dropping from 923 kilograms in 2017 to just 65 kilograms in 2018. The United States, Italy and Germany were the largest exporters in 2018, in that order.
