Sri Lankan import of capacitors is predicted to grow at an average rate of 2.5% year-on-year. By 2026, it is expected to reach 131,000 kilograms, up from 113,000 kilograms in 2021. This is a decrease of 7.6% since 2004. Meanwhile, the export of capacitors from Sri Lanka has seen a staggering drop of 98.4% since 2016, falling from 650 kilograms to just 10.7 kilograms in 2017. This is a decrease of 74.5% since 2005.
