The demand for pork in Korea is expected to reach 2.07 million metric tons by 2026, a 0.9% increase from 1.96 million metric tons in 2021. This figure has grown on average by 0.9% each year since 2017. Korea was the 14th largest consumer of pork in 2021, behind the Philippines, the United States, Russia and Vietnam.
