Beef production in Mexico is expected to reach 2.2 million metric tons by 2026, a 1% year-on-year increase since 1966. In 2021, Mexico ranked fifth globally in beef production, just behind Australia. Brazil, China, and Argentina ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
