Since 2017, Cambodian demand has decreased at a rate of 1.5% annually. Cambodian beef production is expected to remain flat over the next five years. In 2021, the country produced 56,280 metric tons of beef, ranking it 89th in the world. Nigeria overtook Cambodia as the top producer, with Brazil, China, and Argentina following close behind.
