Brazilian whisky import is forecast to reach $114 million by 2026, a 1.1% increase year on year. This follows an encouraging 6.5% growth since 1994. However, Brazil’s whisky export looks to be in decline, with an average rate of -6% expected in the next five years. This follows a 3.3% decrease since 1994. In 2021, Brazil was the 53rd largest whisky exporter, behind Chile at $2.5 million. The US, Singapore and Ireland were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th largest exporters respectively.
